PU ADHESIVE FOR EPS COMPOSITE SANDWICH PANEL
The prduction technology of composite sandwich panels is the advanced technology introduced from abroad.PU adhesive should be aplied for EPS composite sandwich panels which depended on importing from abroad before.
Haiyan company succeeded in developing PU adhesive for EPS sandwich panels with the technology introduced from shanghai.many times of actual experiments prove that it complies with requirements for pu adhesive used for EPS sandwich panels,and with its tensile and peeling strength of 1.51 kg/cm2,its viscosity meets with the requirements for production in a foreign company.after aplication,it has won good remarks from many users.
I.PU adhesive for EPS composite sandwich panels are polyurethane binder,which is made by blending Glue A(composite polyether,abbreviated as white glue)with Glue B(isocyanate,abbreviated as black glue)with the ratio of 1:1.2(by weight).
II. with advantage of moderate liquid viscosity,good levelling property and moderate flowbility,it is suitable for application on both vertical and horizontal production lines of EPS composite panels.
IV.Packing:Glue A:200kg/drum,packed in iron drums;Glue B:250kg/drum,packed in irom drum.for transport,do not expose the products to sunshine.
